For Julie, it was only natural to merge her passions with her professional expertise. A self-proclaimed beauty junkie, she turned her lifelong love of all things beauty into a thriving consultancy that helps patients achieve their dreams of looking and feeling their best. As a trusted guide through one of life’s most transformative journeys, she ensures that clients remain informed, supported, and confident every step of the way—from pre-surgery to full recovery.

At LA Beauty Connect, Julie and her partner Alana are dedicated to walking clients through the entire process with care and precision. They manage every detail, placing particular emphasis on one of the most critical components: the doctors themselves. From the front desk to the operating room, their team knows every nuance—from bedside manner to surgical technique—ensuring that each client’s experience is seamless, safe, and empowering.

Building on a successful 20-year career in PR, marketing, and reputation management, Julie channels her branding expertise into guiding individuals ready to invest in their personal transformation. She began her career under PR powerhouse Kelly Cutrone at People’s Revolution, working with fashion, beauty, entertainment, and lifestyle clients such as Vivienne Westwood, Giorgio Armani, Vanity Fair, and Cartier. During a role with a technology brand several years later, she witnessed firsthand the branding influence of the Kardashians and realized how self-confidence can be the foundation for success.

Julie went on to launch her own PR firm, eventually joining the highly respected agency Sunshine Sachs, where she continued executing strategic, high-profile communications campaigns. Expanding her creative footprint beyond PR, she became a pop-culture and lifestyle writer, contributing to outlets such as The Blonde and The Brunette and Hello Giggles. Her column, "Lies I Tell My Daughter," was  sold as a pilot to Fox with Zoey Deschanel attached to produce.

Like her partner Alana, Julie is deeply committed to staying informed about the latest advancements in the field. She continuously educates herself on best practices to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for every client. Her greatest joy comes from being part of her clients’ journeys—whether it’s helping a teen rebuild confidence after bullying or supporting a mom who wants to feel like herself again. Witnessing their excitement as they embrace a renewed sense of self is what makes her work so fulfilling.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys art, Pilates, and travel. She also devotes time to giving back, volunteering at Alexandria House and OKLA, where she and her partner share their blessings with the community through service and outreach.

“Women enhance their beauty to enrich their lives, finding confidence and joy in their own reflection.”
